IN SENDING MY DEPOSIT, I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING: *

I agree that my deposit is non-refundable unless the exact cat becomes unavailable.

I agree that if my balance is not paid once the cat is available for placement, that the deposit may be forfeited if prior arrangements have not been made.

I agree that my deposit may be transfered to another kitten within 1 year if the kitten is less than 10 weeks old.

I agree that if my kitten will be shipped that payment is due 5 business days prior to shipment.

I agree that if I am paying for the kitten in person, that cash will be required unless prior arrangements have been made.

I understand the balance of the kitten is due prior to turning 3 months old, or if the Ragdoll cat/kitten is older than 3 months at the time of deposit, the balance (total minus deposit) will be due at time of pickup or within two weeks, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited and adoption will be cancelled. *
