USA Ragdolls is a closed cattery.
Please understand we cannot have visitors coming in all the time because the Mothers are protective of their babies. It disturbs them and potentially can expose them to germs, parasites and viruses, all of which can be carried on your hands, breath, shoes and clothing. Breeding kittens is our hobby and it is our home and theirs. It is also difficult for us to find the time for visitors and accommodate the large amount of requests we get. Therefore, please do not expect exceptions to policies.
An Adoption Application will be required before adopting. Deposits are not refundable if you cancel your appointment. The balance of the total of the kitten will be due on pick up day.
Scheduling Pick up must made a minimum of 7 days in advance.
Kittens must be at least 12 weeks old before adoption.
Kitten Pick ups and Hand Delivery will typically be on Weekends, or grouped with another kitten to the same city.
Please call me the night before your appointment for directions. I will not leave direction online due to security worries.
Typically, most Ragdoll kittens are reserved well in advance and you cannot just pick out a kitten and take it home that day. If the kitten you have selected is ready to go but not neutered, You may then pick it up about 10 days after it is spayed/neutered.
Please do not visit any other Cattery prior to your visit.
Please do not bring young children under 10, and no more than 2 adults. Kittens and cats do better this way, and you are visiting a private residence.
Do not schedule an appointment if you are not 100% sure you are ready and able to adopt a kitten and have ok’d it with everyone in the family (and/or landlord). If you cannot make a decision without your spouse, or parent then make sure you bring them during the visit.
